What is Rhetoic? Exapmle?

Rhetoric is the study and art of speaking and writing, along with being persuasive, also knowing how to compose excellent writings as well as presentations. An example of rhetoric is asking a rhetorical question to persuade people into thinking a certain way. Such as, "How did this dummy become president?". Asking such a question would convince others that the "dummy" does not deserve to be president.
